Promotional communications may be sent where lawful and may be unsubscribed from using the method provided in the message or by contacting support.
12. Children
Telzen services are not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to form a binding contract for digital services in their jurisdiction. Where a parent or guardian believes a child has submitted personal data unlawfully, Telzen should be contacted so the matter can be reviewed.
13. Third-party links and provider policies
The website or support materials may include links to third-party websites, carrier pages, payment services, app stores, or provider portals. Telzen is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties, and customers should review the privacy notices of relevant payment processors, provisioning partners, and device or platform vendors separately.
14. Updates to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in law, products, providers, payment methods, fraud controls, or operational practices. The updated version becomes effective when posted on the website unless a later date is stated.
15. Contact
Privacy and legal notices, access requests, correction requests, deletion requests, and compliance communications should be sent through the contact channel listed on the Telzen website. For higher-risk fraud, payment, or legal matters, additional verification may be requested before action is taken.
